The cooperative cleared and repaired the main channel this month. Twenty-three households depend on it and the tail-end plots were getting very little by the end of the dry season.

Whether the tail-end households actually receive more water is the thing to watch, and we will not know until the dry months. Baseline for now — we have agreed to log which households get water and when, so next year there is something to compare against.

Writing it down was the harder sell, honestly.

Transport remains the constraint. Growers here can produce more than they can move.

We are trialling a shared collection day so one vehicle carries several households' produce instead of each person paying separately. Three collection days done so far.

Progressing. Early, and it depends on people showing up on the agreed day, which is not guaranteed.
